My DRS90 accounts are created with a magic link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone with it can sign in as you.

One account per person. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

Coaching material, demonstrations and progressions are provided for general movement practice. You are responsible for training in a safe space and within your own limits.

Foundation levels are confirmed by you, or by completing the 30-second continuous movement test yourself. Progress recorded in DRS90 is a personal record, not a qualification, certification or assessed standard.

DRS90 makes no medical, clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic claim. Nothing on this site is health advice. If you have any health concern, speak to a qualified professional before taking part in physical activity.

A pledge is an expression of interest and a headcount entry. It is not a ticket, a booking, a payment, a contract or a guarantee of entry to anything.

Registering interest in the first DRS90 day rave records that you want it to happen. It is not a ticket, reservation, allocation or guarantee of entry.

The DRS90 name, wordmark, visual system, written content and coaching material belong to DRS90 is currently operated by Felix Weaver. The Hard No Tech standard may be adopted by others under the terms set out on that page; the DRS90 name itself is not licensed by adopting it.

Do not submit false pledges or enquiries, impersonate others, harvest data, attempt to break authentication or security, or interfere with the service.

DRS90 is in early development. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.
